• Spinach leaves chopped
  • Mushrooms sliced
  • Onion sliced
  • 4-5 garlic finely minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Multigrain bread (used Max health)


  1. Saute garlic in a lil oil.
  2. Add onion & saute till translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms & saute for 2-3 mins, till any water dries up.
  4. Add spinach leaves. Saute for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add salt & lots of pepper.
  6. Place between multigrain bread slices & grill on a grill pan on both sides.


Can use a lil vegan butter or mayo if needed. I prefer it without.

Wash & dry mushrooms on a napkin before slicing.
