1. Used Vezlay soya Indi chop.
  2. Marinate the soya pieces in basic spices for 10-15 mins –  turmeric, chilly, cumin, coriander powders.
  3. Grill in pan with few drops of oil.
  4. Serve with microgreens or any salad of your choice.
