INGREDIENTS

Tofu (used aurosoya organic smoked tofu)

Broccoli

Carrot

Corn

Purple cabbage

Salt

Pepper

Salad dressing

METHOD

Saute the tofu in a pan.

Steam the broccoli & corn.

Toss with the other veggies.

Add a pinch of salt & pepper & a dash of sweet onion dressing (or any dressing of your choice if needed).
