• Tofu (used aurosoya organic smoked tofu)
  • Broccoli
  • Carrot
  • Corn
  • Purple cabbage
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Salad dressing


  • Saute the tofu in a pan.
  • Steam the broccoli & corn.
  • Toss with the other veggies.
  • Add a pinch of salt & pepper & a dash of sweet onion dressing (or any dressing of your choice if needed).
