Preparation

  1. Boil bulgar wheat for about 10-15mins. Cool
  2. Add chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, coriander leaves, lime, salt.
  3. Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds.
  4. Serve chilled.
  5. Served with hummus and baked falafel.

Note

Usually parsley is added but it’s not easily available so have used coriander leaves.
