- Boil bulgar wheat for about 10-15mins. Cool
- Add chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, coriander leaves, lime, salt.
- Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds.
- Serve chilled.
- Served with hummus and baked falafel.
Usually parsley is added but it’s not easily available so have used coriander leaves.
