• Bulgar Wheat
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Lime
  • Salt
  • Pomegranate seeds


  1. Boil bulgar wheat for about 10-15 mins. Cool
  2. Add chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, coriander leaves, lime, salt.
  3. Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds.
  4. Serve chilled.

Can be served with hummus and baked falafel.



If available add parsley leaves for more flavour. Here it’s replaced with coriander leaves.
