METHOD
- Used Vezlay soya Indi chop.
- Marinate the soya pieces in basic spices for 10-15 mins – turmeric, chilly, cumin, coriander powders.
- Grill in pan with few drops of oil.
- Serve with microgreens or any salad of your choice.
