  1. Dessicated coconut

METHOD

  1. Add 1 cup of dessicated coconut in a blender, blend on high speed till it forms a paste.
  2. Blend for few more mins, scraping the sides & checking in between till it forms the butter.
  3. Store in a jar.

Yes its that simple!

Use it as a spread on toast, chapati.

 

Note

  • If using as a spread, can try flavouring it in case you find the coconut taste a bit intense.
