A traditional Indian sweet made with carrots, almond milk, cardamom & toasted almonds


  • 4-5 Carrots
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • Sugar
  • Cardaman powder (elaichi)


  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Saute in non stick pan for a min or so.
  3. Add a cup of almond milk & simmer on low heat.
  4. Add 2-3 tbsp sugar or as per your taste.
  5. Add cardamon powder (elaichi).
  6. Let it simmer till all the liquid dries up.
  7. Garnish with toasted almond slivers.


Can substitute the almond milk with soya milk as well.
