INGREDIENTS
- Bulgar Wheat
- Onion
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Coriander leaves
- Mint leaves
- Lime
- Salt
- Pomegranate seeds
METHOD
- Boil bulgar wheat for about 10-15 mins. Cool
- Add chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, coriander leaves, lime, salt.
- Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds.
- Serve chilled.
Can be served with hummus and baked falafel.
Note
If available add parsley leaves for more flavour. Here it’s replaced with coriander leaves.
