On August 22, 2024, the Vegan Super Chef competition brought a lively and flavorful atmosphere to Anjuman-I-Islam’s Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Fort. Among the 13 participating teams, each showcased remarkable Mughlai culinary skills. After 2.5 hours of intense cooking, the judges were blown away by the talent on display. Two standout teams have now secured their place in the finals at DY Patil College
