Vegan Super Chef – Institute of Hotel Management | 16th August 2024

On August 16, 2024, the Vegan Super Chef competition brought vibrant energy to the Institute of Hotel Management, Dadar. A total of 32 teams participated, each demonstrating exceptional culinary expertise in Malyali cuisine. After 2.5 hours of intense cooking, the judges were thoroughly impressed by the dishes.
