1) Cook In Frying Pan
Remove Soya Bhurji From The Packet And Thaw It. Take 100 Grams Of Soya Bhurji, 100 Grams Of Onion, 3-4 Pieces Of Green Chilly. Cut These Both Vegetable In The Slice. Than Take A Kadhai/Deep Fry Pan And Put 20 Grams Of Butter Or 1-2 Tables Spoons Of Refined Oil. Put All The Vegetable In The Pan And Stair Fry It For 40-50 Seconds Or Until It’s Turns Golden Brown And Than Add Bhurji And Mix It Well And Stir Fry It For Approx 5 Minutes. Now Soya Bhurji Ready For Serve.
